Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• Shipping is a $4 Flat Rate. Spend over $50 and shipping is FREE! 
• You can choose local pick up too. Pick up orders must be picked up within 3 business days, or I will have to bring inside and charge shipping. The box gets too full if orders aren't picked up in a timely manner. 
• If it's a pre-order item, estimated shipping time will vary. Please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery. 

Returns:

• I do exchanges only or returns for boutique credit. You must message or email me within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
• Items must be returned to me within 5-7 business days after initiating a return or it will not be accepted. 
• Buyer is responsible for getting the item back to me and shipping to return it.
• I try my best to inspect the pieces before they ship, but if you find a defective item, please message me within 3 business days. I will send you the same item, but if I no longer have your size in my inventory, I will give you boutique credit.
• After you have initiated a return, please mail the item back to me or put in my porch pick up box at (1900 Mountain View Dr. Great Falls, MT 59405) with your name on it. If I you return an item without going through the process, I will donate the item because I have no way of knowing who the return came from.
• Items must be returned with all tags attached and in new condition, free of pet hair.
